Our annual get-together is back! Members, friends, neighbours and family are welcome at the Conservation Centre on Saturday, December 3, at 5:00 p.m. Drinks, snacks and visiting at 5:00 p.m. Potluck dinner, buffet style, served at 6:00 p.m. Photo contest and social follow dinner. Please bring your favourite dish, beverages of your choice and a donation for the Island Food Bank. The Photo Contest is open to members. All present at the Club may vote for winners.

Contest
CATEGORIES – Wildlife (animals, birds, fish, insects……)
Hunting shot i.e. holding or showing a
dead animal.
Fishing shot— i.e. reeling in the big one.
Scenery
Trail Camera photo
Video – wildlife, fishing, or hunting
RULES – Must be a club member
Photos must be 8″ X 10″
This is a contest of images of wild North American
scenes or animals, no photos of pets, domestic animals,
zoo animals or game farm animals allowed.
Photos should accurately reflect the reality of the subject
matter or scene as it naturally appears.
Slight adjustments of colour, contrast and exposure
are allowed, as in cropping. Photos heavily digitally
altered or the digital composite will be disqualified.
No names, locations etc., on photos.
Each person can enter TV/O photos for each category.
Photos to be entered in l)ec. (date to be chosen later) fbr
judging that same night.
JUDGING – Special night set aside for photos/videos voted on by
everyone in attendance (can vote once for each
category).
Winners will be posted for viewing on the club house
wall.
One winner in each category, to be framed and placed
on the club house wall for two years then put in a
photo album.
